Dr. Ekelman and Dr. Wonderly are uniquely positioned to provide comprehensive evaluations that integrate expertise in speech, language, learning, cognition, attention, memory, executive functioning, and academic performance. Dr. Ekelman is a Ph.D. speech-language pathologist with extensive experience evaluating language-based learning disorders. Her background includes decades in private practice, many years in pediatric neurology, multiple publications, and her role as an clinical associate professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She established the school-aged language and literacy course at Case in 2003 and co-taught this graduate level class for many years in the Department of Psychological Sciences. Dr. Wonderly is a Ph.D. psychologist whose experience in both school and hospital settings provides specialized knowledge of cognitive functioning and the cognitive foundations of learning disorders.
